We led the full lifecycle of the project from acquisition through disposition, leasing the building from 0% to 100% occupancy through a direct negotiation of a 324,000 SF lease with a public company, conception and execution of a complex capitalization, management of a complete renovation of the building, and the $82M sale of the asset. The asset is now a highly amenitized, Silicon Valley-caliber tech company workplace that has set a new bar for HQ space in its submarket.
