We led a two-stage acquisition and assemblage of a 700,000+ SF building in CBD Philadelphia. After purchasing the upper office floors of the building we proceeded to acquire the bottom office floors and integrate them into a cohesive office stack under a reinvented Condo Declaration and shared building systems regime. Through the leasing of hundreds of thousands of square feet of space under complex GSA leases, management of several buildouts, and the completion of two phases of senior and mezzanine financing.
