Both Here founders formerly held executive leadership positions at Convene, in Design and Real Estate. Through predecessor firms, we worked with Convene at multiple sites in North America as designers, architects, strategists and dealmakers, crafting industry leading meeting and event spaces, as well as shaping a unique product offering in shared workplace.

Through this shared experience, we developed immersive understanding of hospitality operations at a premium level, the importance of SOPs and brand standards, and an appreciation for the things that make spaces into places.
