A testament to our team’s expertise in MEP/building systems projects, we designed and executed a robust back-of-house program that included a full modernization of 14 elevator cabs (including interior finishes), cooling tower replacement, electrical switchgear replacement, fresh air system upgrades, parking deck / post-tension enhancements, and several other infrastructure items.

We also designed a robust front-of-house renovation, including the redevelopment of the building’s atrium into a dynamic food hall, upgraded conference facilities, new fitness center, and indoor golf club.

We also negotiated several impactful lease transactions, including the long term extension of the building’s anchor tenant, as well as the disposition of the asset.
