An architect, designer, and demonstrated leader in the development of award-winning, industry-defining places. Strengths include design research & strategy, architectural design, and project and program management.
Prior to co-founding Here, Brian was a founder and leader of Origin, as well as the award-winning Convene Design Group, where he oversaw team development, design ethos, brand creation, and firm operations, building a high-performance team of over 40 designers, strategists, and architects. Brian is obsessed with blurring the lines of type, creating places that spark the imagination, and leave a strong impression in the memories of users.
Brian has led strategy, consulting and design for millions of square feet of space globally, with a practice that has spanned US, Canada, Europe and India.
Matt Legge
A commercial real estate leader with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, private equity, development, and operations, Matt provides an entrepreneurial, growth-focused emphasis to projects that help them to reach their highest potential.
Prior to co-founding Here, Matt worked in commercial real estate development, family offices and private equity firms and as in-house counsel for a ground-up development company with a variety of operating companies.
With deep experience in not only real estate development & investment, but also operating businesses, Matt focuses on introducing hospitality concepts and immersive amenities into workplace, residential and other environments as a means of distinguishing them as market-leading product.
